The mapping stays put
Your item catalogue maps to the Service Table — 88 valid combinations of Lot × Product/Service Group × DDaT Role × Unit of Measure — and each customer to its 8-digit URN. Mapped once, reused every month.
The official template is untouched
Output is the GCA's own .xlsx, with sheet structure, hidden sheets and formats intact. Only the data cells are filled. No rebuild.

Your data
The free validator reads a selected workbook only inside the browser. Its content and row count are not transmitted to Dali AI, Cloudflare or another provider, and disappear from working memory when the page is closed or refreshed.
Checkout is handled by Stripe and never includes the selected workbook. After subscribing, Dali AI agrees the onboarding and secure transfer method with the customer before receiving source data. See Security and Privacy.

Questions
What happens to my invoice data?
The free check runs locally in your browser. The workbook is not uploaded, stored or recorded. Please do not send invoice files by email.
Where is the site hosted?
The website code and public GCA reference list are delivered by Cloudflare's global network. There is no UK Filing file store or customer database behind the validator.
What if GCA changes the template?
We track the published version per agreement and update the mapping before the next filing window.
Do I have to connect my ERP?
No. A spreadsheet export of your invoice lines is enough. There is no integration to install.
What about several agreements?
Each agreement keeps its own mapping and template version. Each one after the first is £19 per month.
How do I cancel?
Write to mi@dali-ai.ch before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no minimum term and no call.
