Self-service billing

Manage or cancel your UK Filing subscription.

Use the business email address entered at checkout. Stripe sends a one-time passcode before showing the subscription.

In the secure Stripe portal you can

  • cancel at the end of the current paid period
  • update the payment method
  • view and download invoices

A cancellation scheduled in the portal stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the already paid period and no further monthly charge is taken.

If the passcode does not arrive, check that the email matches the address used for Stripe Checkout. You can also write to mi@dali-ai.ch before the next renewal.
