What it does
The mapping stays put
Each participating authority is mapped to its HTE code, each framework to its contract reference, and each item to its part number, description and unit of measure. Mapped once, reused every month.
Twelve fixed fields, with additions kept explicit
The twelve fields named in the current terms cover authority, contract, invoice, item, price, quantity, VAT and totals. Any similar information requested by HTE is treated as an explicit framework variation instead of an invented fixed thirteenth column.
The monthly deadline is visible
Current HTE terms require the previous month's information within two weeks after month end; a current framework KPI expresses this as the 15th of each month.
The current framework terms set liquidated damages at £250 for each month of delay when management information is still missing 14 days after the due date.

Your data
The free validator reads a selected CSV or workbook only inside the browser. Its content and row count are not transmitted to Dali AI, Cloudflare or another provider, and disappear from working memory when the page is closed or refreshed.
Checkout is handled by Stripe and never includes the selected file. After subscribing, Dali AI agrees the onboarding and secure transfer method with the customer before receiving source data. See Security and Privacy.

Questions
What happens to my invoice data?
The free check runs locally in your browser. The file is not uploaded, stored or recorded. Please do not send invoice files by email.
Where is the site hosted?
The website code is delivered by Cloudflare's global network. There is no UK Filing file store or customer database behind the validator.
What if HTE changes the fields?
Each supported format is versioned. We update the mapping before the changed requirement enters the monthly filing cycle.
Do I have to connect my ERP?
No. A spreadsheet or CSV export of your invoice lines is enough. There is no integration to install.
What about several frameworks?
Each framework keeps its own contract reference and mapping. Each one after the first is £19 per month.
How do I cancel?
Write to mi@dali-ai.ch before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no minimum term and no call.
